Booking & Reservations
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for regular
charters and 4-8 weeks for special events, holidays, or peak season
dates (December-February). However, we do accommodate last-minute
bookings when availability permits. Contact us to check current
availability.
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of
reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your charter
date. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations made 14+ days before departure receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations
within 7 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled subject to
availability. Weather-related cancellations are always fully
refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Charter Experience
All charters include a professional captain and crew, fuel for
standard cruising, safety equipment, onboard amenities, and basic
refreshments. Premium packages also include gourmet catering,
premium beverages, water toys, and personalized concierge services.
No experience necessary! All our charters come with a professional,
licensed captain who handles navigation and safety. You can simply
relax and enjoy the journey. If you'd like to learn, our captains
are happy to share their knowledge.
Guest capacity varies by vessel. Our yachts can accommodate anywhere
from 10 to 80+ guests depending on the vessel. Check each yacht's
page for specific capacity limits, or contact us to discuss your
group size and we'll recommend the perfect vessel.
Most charters depart from Auckland's Viaduct Harbour, with easy
access to parking and amenities. Alternative pickup locations can be
arranged upon request, including Waiheke Island and other Auckland
marinas.
Food & Beverages
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages with
our BYO options. We provide ice, glassware, and refrigeration. We
also offer premium catering packages featuring gourmet cuisine
prepared by local chefs if you prefer a hassle-free experience.
We offer a range of catering options including BBQ buffets, premium
dining menus, canapé packages, and customized menus for special
dietary requirements. Bar packages are also available with a
selection of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails. View our menu

Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and
other dietary requirements. Please inform us of any dietary needs
when booking so our catering team can prepare accordingly.
Weather & Safety
Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely
and will contact you if conditions are unfavorable. In case of bad
weather, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no
extra charge. Our captains make the final call on departure for
everyone's safety.
Absolutely. All our vessels are commercially surveyed, fully
insured, and equipped with the latest safety equipment. Our captains
are commercially licensed with extensive experience. A safety
briefing is provided at the start of every charter.
Auckland's Hauraki Gulf offers calm, sheltered waters ideal for
cruising. If you're prone to seasickness, we recommend taking
seasickness medication before boarding. Our crew can also adjust the
itinerary to calmer areas if needed.
Events & Special Occasions
We host a wide variety of events including birthdays, corporate
functions, team building activities, hen's and stag parties, wedding
receptions, anniversaries, Christmas parties, and private
celebrations. Our team can help customize the experience for your
specific event.
Yes, you're welcome to bring decorations! We ask that you avoid
confetti, glitter, or anything that could damage the vessel. Our
team can also arrange decorations, balloons, and flowers for an
additional fee.
Absolutely! All our vessels have quality sound systems. You can
connect your own device via Bluetooth or aux cable. We also offer
professional DJ hire as an add-on service for the ultimate party
atmosphere.
