All bar tabs must be settled in full before disembarking the vessel. The bar will close 15 minutes prior to the end of your event, and no beverages will be served after this time.
A bond is required for all charters and will be refunded within 72 hours following an inspection of the vessel after your cruise. Any damages to the vessel may result in the forfeiture of the full bond. Additionally, any damage or disorderly behavior by guests at the Eastern Viaduct Marina or nearby parking areas, either before or after the charter, within a 60-minute period, will also result in the loss of your bond.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards rude, aggressive, or abusive behavior. It is your responsibility to manage your guests and, if necessary, ask them to leave the vessel. If any guests fail to behave appropriately, you may inform the Duty Manager to have them removed from the vessel. We uphold strict policies to ensure respect for the sea, the vessel, and all guests on board.
If you wish to decorate the vessel, please inform the Regal Flyer management team prior to starting. No 'stick-ons' or adhesive materials, confetti, glitter, or Island Lei's are permitted. Additionally, decorations are not allowed on the clear covers.
We do not host 18th birthday parties.
